Shanava Saintolien had an excellent freshman year at William Turner Technical School. She is a very high achiever, earning a 3.7 GPA this pass academic school year. Shanava is an outgoing student who is admired by her peers. She loves math and enjoys engaging in community service projects.
Among Shanava’s many achievements is her active membership of Break Through Miami, as a student-volunteer. Shanava aspires to uphold her exceptional academic performance by maintaining her grades throughout school until graduation. She plans to attend an Ivy League institution where she intends to major in medicine and hopes to use the knowledge gained to help those lacking medical care.
Shanava is motivated by her parents who have instilled in her the passion for learning, because they did not have the same opportunities afforded to her. In all, she just wants to make her “parents proud!”
