#SpotlightTuesday: Louder Than A Bomb Florida 2016 - Jason Taylor Foundation

LTABFLA.2015.11.30

Every Tuesday, the Jason Taylor Foundation dedicates the day to spotlighting one of our partners, volunteers, or celebrity friends that have supported our tireless efforts toward building a brighter future for the youth of the South Florida community.

This week, to commemorate the opening of team registration earlier this month, we would like to spotlight Louder Than A Bomb Florida 2016, the sophomore edition of the annual spoken word poetry festival organized and operated by the Jason Taylor Foundation as part of the Omari Hardwick bluapple Poetry Network.

After an amazingly successful inaugural festival in the spring of 2015, Louder Than A Bomb Florida will return on April 5-16, 2016 with full expectation of being markedly bigger and better, featuring a wide array of schools from South Florida and beyond, with unique exposure to some of the finest facilities in Broward County.

The centerpiece of the festival is a friendly spoken word poetry tournament that takes place across South Florida, culminating with a College Slam, Indy Finals and the “main event”, the Team Finals, all hosted on the campus of Nova Southeastern University
